Welcome to Cozy living

We are grateful for your order and the trust you have placed in us. We will do everything in our power to meet your expectations and hope for a long-lasting and successful partnership. 


When a customer places an order with Cozy Living, the order is binding. Cozy Living reserves the right to make changes to the order, such as if the goods are not in stock, delayed, have been discontinued or similar. 

Orders are being shipped immediately  
If no other instructions are provided by the customer when placing the order, Cozy Living will confirm and ship the order immediately. By placing an order with Cozy Living, the customer waives their right to make any changes to the order unless they specific note this on the specific order and not in a separate email. 

Delivery Lead Time
The delivery time specified on the order confirmation by Cozy Living is an estimate made to the best of Cozy Living’s knowledge and is therefore non-binding for Cozy Living. The date is an estimate for when the goods will be available in Cozy living warehouse and not when it will actually arrive at the Customer. The delivery leadtime varies from country to country. Delivery of goods Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, the delivery will take place at the address designated by the buyer. The shipment of the order will be at the buyer’s expense and via a shipping company designated by Cozy Living.

Cozy Living aims to deliver the ordered goods as a complete order but reserves the right to make partial deliveries. 

The delivery will take place at the first curb at the specified delivery address, where the delivery truck is able to park and unload. 

Any shortages or damages on the pallet must be reported to Cozy Living within 24 hours of receiving the pallet. Claims for shortages or damages reported after this period will not be accepted.  

To ensure that your rights are protected, it is important to make note of any visible damages on the pallet at the time of delivery on the driver’s delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your right to make a claim.  

Unsuccessful Delivery

If the goods have not been received within 8 days after the invoice has been sent, the buyer is obligated to inform Cozy Living within 8 days. If the buyer fails to do so, they will lose the right to claim any missing delivery.

If the buyer changes the delivery address on an order after the goods have been sent, Cozy Living has the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 15% of the value of the total order.

Back orders
If products on small orders or back-orders are not suitable to be shipped as individual parcels, they will be shipped together with your next delivery in order to prevent any damage and extra cost. 

Payment terms
We offer 14 days net payment terms to all customer which are approved by our insurance company. If customers unfortunately for some unknow reason can not be approved, we kindly ask for prepayment of the order.  Cozy Living reserves the right to retain ownership of the goods sold until the full purchase price, including any interest and costs, has been paid, subject to the limitations imposed by mandatory legal rules. 

Overdue payment
If the customer fails to make a full payment by the specified due date, a default interest of 2% will be charged for each month starting from the due date until payment is made. Any payment default on the part of the customer will be considered a material breach, and Cozy Living will have the right to stop any further deliveries to the customer.  

Product Liability
Cozy Living shall assume product liability in accordance with current applicable legislation but shall not assume any liability in excess of what is provided by Danish law. In no event shall Cozy Living be liable for operating loss, loss of profit or any other indirect loss. 

Force Majeure
Cozy Living is only liable for direct loss to the buyer and shall not be liable for any indirect loss, including loss of profit, claims from the buyer’s customers due to lack of or defective delivery, etc. Cozy Living shall be released from any obligation to the buyer resulting from circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the agreement or make it excessively burdensome, including labor conflicts and any other circumstances that Cozy Living is not in control of, such as fire, war, seizure, currency restrictions, rebellion and disturbances, lack of transport, general shortage of goods, restrictions on power and shortages or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers due to any of the circumstances mentioned in this paragraph or other cases of force majeure.

We reserve the right for errors and changes due to external changes or factors.   

Delivery to non-bridged islands may be subject to an additional freight fee and such fee will not appear on your order confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you directly with a revised freight quotation and ask you to reconfirm your order.
